“I was opposed due language barriers and effective communication. When originally approached to look into Remote Team Solutions I too was opposed. One of my directors convinced me to give it a chance. That was over 5 years ago. It was an easy transition overall. There were some bumps and hurdles in the beginning. Now that we have a long-term relationship our lower and middle management is all in La Laguna, MX. They have been able to develop and see though projects, put small teams together on an as needed basis to fulfill projects, create process flow documentation and the communication has been transparent. They are now a full satellite office and both my USA and Mexico office are working hand in hand.”
